Water babies

Tyler and his cousins Payton and Tanner were excited to get outside and play in the water. Grandma gave them all plastic cups to play with. Payton was so funny, she was constantly dumping water on Tyler and Tanner's heads! She was having a great time.

Tyler and Tanner weren't enjoying it so much.

SOLD!

We have had our house up for sale for almost a year! And what a long year!! We tried for sale by owner first, then listed with a realtor, then did by owner again, then tried listing again. Last month we finally sold it. We weren't really expecting it to sale just because of the economy right now and it had been for sale for so long. The buyer also wanted us out in 2 1/2 weeks so everything happened really fast. We are going to build a house and live at Blake's parent's house in the mean time. Hopefully we will start building next week. It was sad to leave our little house. We've lived there for almost 6 years!

Things I'll miss about the house:
1. My neighbors and friends in the ward. I made a lot of good friends in our ward. I was in the young women's and worked with a lot of fun women. I will miss them and the girls a lot!!
2. The awesome park and jogging path by our house. We would go for walks and jogs all the time at least 4-5 times a week! Tyler loved playing on the playground too!
3. Merle and Margo....the two squirrels that live in the tree in the back yard. They are really funny, they chase each other around and are always running around the yard. They would bring really random things back to our yard. I've found little army guys, stuffed animals, dolls, plastic necklaces, silverware, and peanuts buried in the garden!
4. Just our house in general, we have a lot of good memories there!!

Things I WON"T miss about our house:
1. The itty bitty counter and cabinet space in the kitchen!!!!!! Honestly there's maybe like 3ft of counter space altogether, it's pretty sad.
2. Blake kicking me out of the bathroom in the morning when we're both trying to get ready for work at the same time. Two bathrooms will be nice!

Playing at the park

Tyler loves to play at the park. We had an awesome park by our house, that I already miss! It has big playground equipment and little equipment for little people. He would play for hours if I'd let him. This picture cracks me up!

He got a kick out of playing peek-a-boo in the little tube. After like 5 min I was ready to be done and he was still picking around from hole to hole.

They learn fast!

Tyler loves phones! Whenever it rings it catches his attention right away and he looks around to find it. The other day he answered Blake's phone and said "hi." It was so funny the way he did it that Blake and I kept calling his cell phone and watching Tyler answer it. I think we over did it because he doesn't get quite as excited anymore. But it's so cute we just keep doing it.
