It's a.....

I had my 20 week ultrasound today and turns out we are going to be adding another little girl to the family! We are excited! Tyler was sure it was a boy and had even named it "Fire Mario," but he didn't seem too disappointed. She is due May 4th and so far everything looks great! :)

Christmas pictures

They were all dressed up for another event so I took the opportunity to take some pictures. I got one decent picture of the two of them but I forgot to put Emmy's cute red bows in her hair :(

Happy Birthday Tyler!

My little boy is 4!! He was so excited for his birthday this year! He kept asking if he was 4 yet. We had a party for him at our house a few days before his birthday before we left for Utah for Thanksgiving(I know it was awhile ago I haven't really been in the blogging mood lately).

He was of course excited to open his presents.

He requested blue cupcakes with M&M's for his cake.

After that we did a little fishing pond for the kids. We did it over the railing of our stairs. They all seemed to like it.

He got a new bike from Mom and Dad and was very excited about it. Too bad it's so cold to try it out outside. He has been riding it in the basement a little.

On his birthday we were in Utah at my parent's house. We went miniature golfing in the morning and played some arcade games, then we ate at Chick Fila. That night some of his cousins and aunts and uncles came over for cake. He had 2 good b-day parties!

HALLOWEEN

Happy Halloween! Halloween stretched out for like 3 days this year! We had our ward trunk or treat, Blake's parent's trunk or treat, and trick or treat at Blake's work! We have way too much candy at our house!! This is the best picture I could get of both of them. My little firefighter and his "fire fighter dog" (as Tyler say)

We got him a backpack that looked like a fire extinguisher and squirted water. He thought it was pretty cool.

Fishing!

We took Tyler fishing for the first time this weekend. He loved it! He even caught some fish...with Blake's help! He was pretty excited and proud of his pole.
This is the biggest one we caught.

We did a lot of wading in the water. Emery loves water and wants to be in it all the time. It was hard holding on to her the whole time.

She couldn't have been happier wading in the water, playing in the dirt and throwing rocks!

Camping

We went camping last weekend to Island Park. It was the first time we have been camping since we had kids! Sad huh? Blake is not much of a camper but I convinced him this time. We went with his family and had a fun time. We floated down the Buffalo river on inter tubes, it was so much fun and actually quite relaxing! The kids loved it. We did some fishing and rode 4-wheelers too. We stopped at Mesa Falls on the way up it was pretty!
This is Big Springs you can see a lot of BIG fish looking off this bridge. But of course there is no fishing aloud there!

Tyler and Emery loved just being dirty the whole time! The liked the campfire and making smores.

Jordan trip to Utah

We went on a trip with Blake's family last weekend. We went to Lagoon which was a lot of fun! The kids loved the rides! Well Emery liked a couple and Tyler loved the rides! At the end of this boat ride she was screaming but she seemed to be enjoying herself at that moment. We did some shopping and eating out and visited Blake's Grandma who is on a mission at the Church Business Building. Our hotel had a mini spray water slide, pool and a bigger water slide. It was fun and we did a lot of swimming too!

Tyler's favorite ride was the bumper cars. He rode them quite a few times and was always ready for more.

These are Tyler's Lagoon winnings!!! He played a game and got 3 balls to throw in cups. Most the cups were white and a few were colored. If the ball landed in a colored cup you got a prize. Well 2 out of 3 of his balls won!! He won a little cat and a big ugly pink monkey! Seriously it is by far the ugliest stuffed animal in the whole park!! But he loves it! Go figure!

Happy fourth!!

We did most of our celebrating on Saturday. We went to a little spray water park they have in Rexburg, went to Blake's parent's for a BBQ and fireworks. Blake lit off the fireworks and the kids loved watching them and playing with their sparklers.

The newly weds!!! We went to Utah the end of June for our nephew Trevor's wedding! It was a good day! They were so cute and happy! It was fun to spend the day with my family! I still can't believe I'm old enough to have a nephew get married!!!....crazy!

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day!! I hope all the father's had a good day! I am blessed to have a wonderful father and a wonderful husband! You can't ask for more then that!!Tyler loves helping his dad! He always wants to do everything Blake does. He loves spending time with him and Blake loves having a little buddy. Tyler always says "I'm Daddy's."
Daddy's little cuddle bug. Emery loves her Daddy! When she sees him pulling in the driveway coming home from work she starts saying "daddy." Then when he comes in she hurries and crawls right over to him and wants to give him loves.

Bikes!!

We have spent a lot of time lately riding bikes. The kids love to be out on their bikes! Tyler cruises around fast on his big wheel and Emery is learning on hers.

Tyler also has a bike with training wheels, but after tipping it over in the mud twice he decided to ride this for the rest of the day. :)
Emery loves her bike! Whenever we go in the garage and she sees it she whines and points to it.

She freaked out when I tried to get her to hold still for 2 seconds for a picture. There was obviously no time for pictures in her mind!

Dress up

Emery got this tutu for Christmas from one of her aunts and I love it!!! I was going to get her one year pictures taken in it but decided not to. So I had to do a mini amateur photo shoot at home. She didn't cooperate too well either, I don't know why I expected anything else?!

The Birthday Girl!

April 8th was Emery's 1st birthday! This year has flown by! It has been so fun to watch her grow! Here are a few things about her:

*She still loves to play with Tyler and thinks he's hilarious!

*She likes to relax and put her hands behind her head.

*Words she says, "Tyler (this was her first word and she says it constantly all day!), "Mommy," "Daddy," and "hi."

*Likes to play peek-a-boo and covers her eyes.

*Plays with my old cell phone and puts it by her ear and say "hello."

*She likes to dance! Since she was about 7mons she shakes her head and sways her body...she doesn't even need music! *I love her cheesy smile where she crinkles her nose!

*She's very sweet and gives the best hugs! *We love her to pieces!!!!

She didn't really get into the whole cake thing. She wasn't really in the mood. She did have a few licks though She got a ride on from Grandma and Grandpa Jordan. She always wanted to ride Tyler's which caused problems so I'm as thrilled as she is that she has her own!

She liked ripping the paper and had some help from Tyler.

She had a combined b-day party with Grandma Jordan, whose birthday is a day after hers.

We went to Leo's Place for Lunch and to play games. It's Tyler's favorite place and since most of his cousins had their b-day parties here he thinks that's where everyone goes on their birthdays, so we went a long with it.

Emery loves the rides!! I think she would have stayed on the motorcycle for hours!
