SOLD!

We have had our house up for sale for almost a year! And what a long year!! We tried for sale by owner first, then listed with a realtor, then did by owner again, then tried listing again. Last month we finally sold it. We weren't really expecting it to sale just because of the economy right now and it had been for sale for so long. The buyer also wanted us out in 2 1/2 weeks so everything happened really fast. We are going to build a house and live at Blake's parent's house in the mean time. Hopefully we will start building next week. It was sad to leave our little house. We've lived there for almost 6 years!

Things I'll miss about the house:
1. My neighbors and friends in the ward. I made a lot of good friends in our ward. I was in the young women's and worked with a lot of fun women. I will miss them and the girls a lot!!
2. The awesome park and jogging path by our house. We would go for walks and jogs all the time at least 4-5 times a week! Tyler loved playing on the playground too!
3. Merle and Margo....the two squirrels that live in the tree in the back yard. They are really funny, they chase each other around and are always running around the yard. They would bring really random things back to our yard. I've found little army guys, stuffed animals, dolls, plastic necklaces, silverware, and peanuts buried in the garden!
4. Just our house in general, we have a lot of good memories there!!

Things I WON"T miss about our house:
1. The itty bitty counter and cabinet space in the kitchen!!!!!! Honestly there's maybe like 3ft of counter space altogether, it's pretty sad.
2. Blake kicking me out of the bathroom in the morning when we're both trying to get ready for work at the same time. Two bathrooms will be nice!

Hooray for you guys! That's so awesome! You know, we have some nice lots up here around our neighborhood and you could live with us while you build :)! Good luck with everything. That is so exciting! Change is always hard but good at the same time! With your sweet personality, good looks, and positive attitude you'll make friends wherever you go! Love you!

Yeay!
Congrats on getting your house sold! I bet you are so relieved. That will be nice when your new house is built. Is it in the same area?
Tyler is getting so big! It sounds like he loves to play all day. He is cute.
Glad all is going well.
